As Attic Access Ladders are constructed from welded aluminium they are strong and durable and all steel parts including springs are zinc plated. The ladder is mounted in such a way as to allow clearance between the steps and the ceiling hatch for safer footing. A handrail is also available to assist when boarding the ladder from the top. Dust and draught sealing strips are standard on most types while slim fitted architraves complete the visual effect viewed from below. All models feature Concealed Hinges.
